For larger freight shipped items, your order is delivered to your curbside and it is the customer's responsibility to move the unit from the truck to the final location. For larger and heavier items we recommend you have additional help available for this task. In most cases the freight company will contact you by phone in advance of the delivery to let you know the expected arrival day and time. Typically, you will need to be on hand for the delivery. We also strongly recommend that when the freight company calls, you should ask for a phone number to their terminal so that you can keep in contact with them in case of any delays.

Note: The trucking companies (driver's) responsibility is to set the item at the end of the truck. It is the customer's responsibility from that point on. When the trucking company calls to make arrangements for delivery, you can option to have a truck with a lift gate(if available), which will lower the unit to ground level. There are charges for this service and it is the customer's responsibility for those charges at the time of delivery. Always inspect for shipping damage prior to accepting delivery. If unacceptable damage is spotted do not accept delivery.

All orders over $75 include curbside shipping within the continental U.S (the lower 48 states) included in the purchase price.

• We do not currently accept international orders.

• Any additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift-gate trucks, or pallet jacks are not included in the price of the table. • The cost of these additional services vary from city to city. • You may purchase these additional services directly from the trucking company when they call you for an appointment.

• All deliveries occur Monday - Friday during regular business hours. • It is important to keep your scheduled appointment. If you miss the scheduled appointment, the driver will need to reschedule the delivery from the local terminal and they will charge you a redelivery charge.
